The specified data is stored in the AMSC website secured database and is only available to relevant AMSC members. This personal data will be deleted after a period of five years. If you want this data to be deleted earlier, please contact president@amsc.be. Nevertheless, destruction of this data or incomplete completion of the form may affect your participation in AMSC events, the ability to contact you and more.

You hereby give permission to process your personal data. Your declare that you are aware that the information provided is necessary for the proper functioning of the AMSC activities. This data will not be used for any purpose other than the Antwerp Medical Students' Congress. You also grant permission in advance to the organizer for the publication of photos or visual material and the like taken during or around the event, on which the participant is visible. If you do not agree, please close the form without submitting it.
