AMSC - Antwerp Medical Students' Congress 2022 - Passive participation

If you wish to order tickets not just for yourself but also for another person, please do so in a separate order. Tickets are only valid for the person whose information you have put into the registration form during checkout.

The 16th edition will take place from the 13th to the 16th of September 2022, in person (physically), in Antwerp, Belgium, consisting of our academic programme and our social programme. We will spend the first two days of the academic programme sharing all knowledge gathered by research conducted by medical and paramedical students during poster and oral presentations, interspersed with a few keynotes from experts. Afterwards, we will enlighten you on the best medicine done in Antwerp and Belgium via more interesting lectures and workshops. Every evening, we will organise social activities, ending with the Closing night on the fourth day academic day.

On Monday the 12th of September, we also invite you to a guided tour through the beautiful city of Antwerp. Practical details will follow on our website and via email. Once you have registered for AMSC 2022, keep an eye out on your mailbox for the opportunity to confirm your presence. We highly recommend you join us here as well if you're interested in the social programme, as this will give you the chance to get to know your fellow congress participants before the official start of AMSC. If you are an international student that wants to participate in the social programme, we suggest that you try to arrive in your Antwerp hotel before Monday noon if possible so you can get the full experience.

You can register as a passive participant until the Sunday the 21st of August 2022. Don’t postpone it for too long however. As we only have a limited amount of spots in our workshops, the earlier you purchase your tickets for AMSC 2022, the higher the chances that you will receive invitations to the workshops of your preference. AMSC ambassadors also have a higher chance of getting their preferred choices, regardless of their time of registration. You will be able to pass along your preferences in the weeks leading up to AMSC 2022 through a form that we will send you via email.

Definitely consider purchasing a full programme ticket, as these are substantially (10-25%) cheaper than the sum of the corresponding day tickets.

If you need an invitation letter from AMSC, please request one by sending an email to secretary@amsc.be after purchasing your tickets with 'INVITATION LETTER' in the email subject. This way we can get back to you as quickly as possible after purchase. We can only provide you with an invitation letter if you have already bought a ticket.
