The 18th edition will take place from the 9th to the 12th of September 2024, in person (physically), in Antwerp, Belgium, consisting of our academic programme and our social programme. During the academic programme, we will be sharing all knowledge gathered by research conducted by medical and paramedical students during poster and oral presentations, interspersed with keynotes from experts and interactive workshops about the best medicine done in Antwerp and Belgium. Every evening, we will organise social activities, ending with the Closing night on Thursday.

On Monday the 9th of September, we also invite you to a guided tour through the beautiful city of Antwerp. Practical details will follow on our website and via email. Once you have registered AMSC, keep an eye out on your mailbox for the opportunity to confirm your presence. We highly recommend you join us here as well if you're interested in the social programme, as this will give you the chance to get to know your fellow congress participants before the official start of AMSC. If you are an international student that wants to participate in the social programme, we suggest that you try to arrive in your Antwerp hotel before Monday noon if possible so you can get the full experience.

You can get tickets until the 31st of August 2024. Don’t postpone it for too long however. As we only have a limited amount of spots in our workshops, the earlier you purchase your tickets for this edition of AMSC, the higher the chances that you will receive invitations to the workshops of your preference. AMSC ambassadors also have a higher chance of getting their preferred choices, regardless of their time of registration. You will be able to pass along your preferences in the weeks leading up to the congress through a form that we will send you via email.

Definitely consider purchasing a full programme ticket, as these are substantially (10-25%) cheaper than the sum of the corresponding day tickets.

We provide certificates for all present delegates. Certificates of active participation will only be handed out after actually presenting your abstract at the AMSC. If you do not meet this criteria, you may be handed a certificate of passive participation. Please note: you are ineligible to receive a certificate if you are not present at each activity you have purchased tickets for.

If you need an invitation letter from AMSC for a travel visa, you can request one through the form you will receive after purchasing your tickets. We can only provide you with an invitation letter if you have already bought a ticket.
