ACTIVE PARTICIPATION
Do you want to present research yourself at the next edition of AMSC? Follow the steps below, and become an active participant!
STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT(S)
Deadline: 31 May 2024
Submit one or more abstracts by clicking the button below and filling in the corresponding form. You can submit as many abstracts as you like. Each abstract only has to be submitted once, even if the corresponding presentation will be done by multiple participants.
STEP 2: AWAIT JURY DECISION
Expected time: 1-2 months after your abstract submission
(No later than 31 July 2024)
We will try to get back to you with the decision of our jury as soon as possible, which will likely be about a month after your submission. If your submitted research is accepted, all presenters will be informed via email and given instructions to finalise their registrations as active participants. Thank you for your patience.
STEP 3: COMPLETE PREREGISTRATION
Deadline: TBA
Once you have received the decision(s) regarding your abstract(s) via email, you can complete your preregistration. Every participant is required to preregister individually.
STEP 4: PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS
Deadline: TBA
Once you have completed preregistration, all that is left to do is to purchase your tickets(s)! You can buy tickets for yourself, as well as for any of your friends or colleagues that have also completed preregistration.
PASSIVE PARTICIPATION
Do you want to participate in the next edition of AMSC without presenting research yourself? Follow the steps below, and become a passive participant!
STEP 1: COMPLETE PREREGISTRATION

Firstly, complete your preregistration. Every participant is required to preregister individually.
STEP 2: PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS
Deadline: TBA
Once you have completed preregistration, all that is left to do is to purchase your tickets(s)! You can buy tickets for yourself, as well as for any of your friends or colleagues that have also completed preregistration.
